Help for arthritis

cherry Help for arthritis
The latest research shows that cherry provides protection against heart disease and protects the blood vessels. Regularly consuming cherries prevents the development of certain types of cancer and the emergence of diabetes. This fruit helps in treatment and delay of memory disorders, and cherry was proved successful in reducing inflammatory processes and alleviating pain in arthritis. A glass of cherry juice would be equivalent to 0.3 grams of aspirin, and frozen sour cherries have activity as 0.9 grams of aspirin.

Although such a finding until recently was considered folk story, the evidence speak in favor of that glass of cherry juice can alleviate the problems with the joints and bones. Elevated concentrations of uric acid lead to the aggravation of problems with joints and gout.

During the fifties of last century it has been successfully proven that the reason of beneficial cherry action may be just that by regular consumption it reduces the amount of uric acid.
