Physical Therapy
In treatment an unavoidable place have a method of physical therapy and kinesiotherapy (therapeutic exercises) with the goal of preserving functional capacity of patients in all stages of disease. Physical therapy along with therapy with medicines is the most important part of treatment.

Most often are performed passive exercises with full range of motion, slowly and without twitch until the appearance of pain. Regular training enables restoring muscle mass, keeps the normal range of movements in the joints.

Very important are also active exercises such as walking and specific exercises for the affected joints, but should be careful not to lead to overstrain.
